This survey was initiated in April, 2000. Traffic safety experts and other contacts in various countries were asked whether they know of legislation in their own or other countries. The survey results will be updated and new information added from time to time. In the interests of accuracy we will continue to crosscheck our information and add details about additional countries which pass legislation or put legislation forward.
If you have information to add to this survey please contact us at pde@drivers.com
