Worried about your kids texting while driving, or texting during class?

Txtblocker, a leading cell phone software company based in Florida, will be touting its parent-oriented textblocking software at the Tech for Moms On The Go panel discussion at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas tomorrow.

The software enables its users to disable cell phones from texting while the user is driving, and even to block texting around schools, in classrooms or even in work places.

The software can even post email alerts if the phone user is traveling outside a proscribed zone. In fact, more than a texting blocker, it's also a tracking device.

"Our service provides peace of mind to parents who are concerned about safety issues surrounding cell phone use and driving habits among teens, and this is a fantastic way to inform parents about it," said TxtBlocker president Stan Van Meter about his company's participation in the Moms On The Go panel discussion.
