To remove the FB Downloader tool bar from Internet Explorer (IE), perform the following steps:
- Open IE
- Click the Tools icon (the gear icon listed at the far top-right corner)
- Click the Advanced tab in the Internet Options dialog box, and then click Reset
- Check the Delete Personal Settings box
- Click Reset
- After Windows has reset the IE settings, click Close
- Click OK
- Close IE and reopen it

-menu bar > Tools menu > click Add-ons
-In Add-ons Manager tab choose Extensions panel
-Select the FB Downloader toolbar
-Click Remove
-Restart
