Run Disk Cleanup regularly
A built-in utility, Disk Cleanup does two things: (1) it tells you the type of files you can safely delete and (2) permanently delete the selected files. You should run this utility once every 15 days.
Run Disk Defragmenter regularly
This built-in utility not only speeds up your computer’s performance, but it also prevents hard disk errors. You should run this utility once every 30 days.

Hi Barbara – these toolbars can sometimes take a bit of work to remove, it is often easier to uninstall and reinstall a fresh version of the browser (unless you have lots of customizations?) – is there a ‘toolbars’ folder in the applications folder on your hard drive? If there is you can uninstall the Bing Toolbar from there either …
