Cause

According to Microsoft, the aforementioned error occurs due to some problem with HP drivers.

Solution

We recommend you perform the following two steps to troubleshoot the above-mentioned error.

• Uninstall and reinstall your HP printer

Uninstall the HP printer using the HP uninstaller or Windows Add or Remove Programs and shut down your pc. If you don’t get the error, it is quite clear that the error was indeed due to the printer. Next, reinstall your HP printer using the instructions given in the HP manual that you received with your printer.

• Update your HP printer driver

You can do this manually or by using a reliable driver update tool. We recommend the latter option for speed  and reliability.
