Solution 3 – Run SFC scan

Sometimes a corrupt file can lead to this error. In such cases, running the SFC scan can help. When you run this scan, Windows checks if there are any corrupt system files, and if it finds them, it will automatically repair them.

• As per many users, it is better to run some additional commands. However, to execute these commands, you must know driver letters for your hard drive partitions. So type the following commands in the Command Prompt window (remember to use the correct drive letters)
