Corefoundation.dll is a dll file linked with iTunes and other Apple products like QuickTime, etc. This file is installed when users launch iTunes installer.
The most common corefoundation.dll errors are “corefoundation.dll is missing” and “corefoundation.dll is not found”. While both state that the file is absent, corefoundation.dll can be actually present when the error occurs. Dll errors are generally easy to fix, and corefoundation.dll errors are no exception.
We recommend you uninstall and re-install your apple product when you receive the error to fix it. For instance, if you use iTunes, uninstall and reinstall it. Similarly, users using only QuickTime should uninstall and reinstall it.
In Windows, you can uninstall programs from the Add or Remove Programs Window. To open it and to view the programs installed in your computer, open Control Panel and then click the Add or Remove Programs icon.
If uninstalling and reinstalling the Apple product doesn’t work, you may have to run a registry scan. Issues in registry often lead to DLL errors. This may have also happened in your case. So, get hold of a good registry cleaner and use it to scan and clean registry.
