Do manufacturers have to provide the original drivers cd as I lost it?

the original Drivers CD will not always be available – the drivers may be available on the manufacturers website but you will need to know what PCI Drivers you need – you can run a free drivers scan (above) to get these details

After updating my Windows 10 on my Dell type XPS L702X (x64) laptop, I have the problem that after staring my laptop – regurarly but not always – the conneted mouse will not start. It is only the two USB-busses at the rear that fail. The USB bus at the left side runs always correct. After running divice problem solver I get as problem: PCI not installed. After the problem solver has installed the driver and restarting the laptop the mouse runs again. Many times the mouse starts to run without restarting. Please can you inform me how to get a permanent solution?
