Since 1991 Lexmark has been producing printers for both the home and office market. Lexmark produce a wide range of printers from Dot Matrix to Wireless Laser options.
The Lexmark website has a good history of providing updated drivers (as the disc that comes with your printer will be out-of-date pretty quickly). If you have problems finding your driver there, then you can download Driver Updater to automate this search (just select the ‘download now’ option below).
Windows Vista and Windows 7 present a lot of compatibility issues for Lexmark users. Many of the issues reported to us included problems with Vista detecting the Lexmark printer or problems with differentiating between black and white and color cartridges.
Run a scan on your computer using a Driver Update Tool
Fixing driver-related errors manually can be time-consuming. Even after spending time trying to solve a driver error manually, there is no guarantee that you will find the solution.
For instance, all your efforts will go to waste if you don’t have the required driver disc and are not able to locate the required driver on the Internet. There is also the risk of installing the wrong driver and causing other problems in addition to the existing ones.
An efficient Driver Update Tool provides you a guaranteed, effortless, and quick way of permanently resolving driver errors. Thanks to the large drivers database that such programs have, they are able to quickly locate the latest driver for any type of hardware device.

I have a problem with my prospect pro 205 on windows 10. Lexmark tells me it is not supported by windows 10, but it does work after I reinstall the latest driver (from 2011). Problem is, I have to reboot the driver every time I reboot.
