Canadian Council of Motor Transport Administrators

The CCMTA coordinates all matters dealing with the administration, regulation, and control of motor vehicle transportation and highway safety. Includes Federal and Provincial government members as well as more than 370 transportation related organizations.

National Driver Registry - U.S.

The National Driver Register (NDR) is a computerized database of information about drivers who have had their licenses revoked or suspended, or who have been convicted of serious traffic violations such as driving while impaired by alcohol or drugs

Status of REAL ID license

REAL ID is a nationwide effort to improve the integrity and security of state-issued driver's licenses and identification cards, which in turn will help fight terrorism and reduce fraud. The REAL ID Act sets minimum standards for the creation and issuance of the documents by motor vehicle agencies.
